John A. Gasior

John joined the law firm of Stringer & Stringer as a partner in 1989 creating the firm of Stringer, Stringer & Gasior.  As a sole practitioner, associate and then as a partner of Stringer, Stringer & Gasior, John developed a practice focusing on criminal law, i.e., felonies, misdemeanors and traffic cases such as DUI and DUS.  John also co-counseled three capital murder cases and handled numerous criminal appeals.  In addition, John represented clients with a wide variety of Family Law issues as well as individuals who suffered various types of physical injury either at work or at the hands of a negligent third party.

Thomas C. Stringer

Tom is a St. Ignatius High School graduate, a Fordham University graduate where he played baseball and a Cleveland-Marshall College of Law graduate. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Lorain County Bar Association.

In 2011 the Ohio State Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Specialty Board certified Tom as a specialist in the practice of Workers’ Compensation Law.  Tom has maintained his certification ever since.  This certification places Tom in a small group of specialized workers’ compensation lawyers throughout the State of Ohio.
Tom takes pride in focusing his practice on fighting for injured workers to make sure they receive the compensation they deserve and medical treatment they need.  From the Firm’s convenient Lorain County location, Tom and his experienced team work together in handling every aspect of the client’s claim.  As Tom always tells clients: “All you have to worry about is getting better and recovering from the injury.  We’ll handle all the rest for you.”                                                     
Tom has also gained extensive experience handling personal injury cases from auto accidents to dog bites.  He’s been involved in a wide range of personal injury litigation. 
When he’s not representing clients with injuries, he writes wills and represents clients in the Probate Court process.     Tom enjoys spending time with his family, wife Jessica and children Kyle, Emily and Tommy. Tom is an enthusiastic golfer with a strong sense of community and faith.

Daniel P. Stringer

Daniel P. Stringer (Of Counsel) is an accomplished Trial Attorney with over 40 years of legal experience. He currently concentrates his practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Probate, and Elder Law. He has also gained experience over the years in the areas of Domestic Relations Law, Criminal Law, Traffic Law, Municipal Law and Appellate Practice.

Dan is a graduate of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He was admitted to the practice of law in 1963 and went on to serve as the Director of the Peace Corps in Ecuador from 1965 to 1967. He is licensed to practice law by the Ohio State Supreme Court, the District of Columbia and the Florida State Supreme Court. He is a member of the Ohio State, Florida State and Lorain County Bar Associations.

Mr. Stringer acted as Law Director for the city of Avon from January 1, 1994 through February 1, 2002. He has also served as acting Judge for the cities of Lakewood and Elyria . Currently, he serves as Magistrate for the City of Avon Mayor 's Court.

Anthony R. Stringer

Anthony R. Stringer (Of Counsel) is a former Administrator of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation with over 30 years of experience fighting for the rights of workers injured on the job. He currently concentrates his practice in Workers' Compensation Law and Probate Law.

Tony served as a Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps from 1957to 1960. He graduated from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1967 and was admitted to the practice of law in November 1967. He is licensed to practice by the Ohio State Supreme Court and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

Tony was a member of Cleveland City Council from 1967 to 1972. He formerly served as Deputy Administrator for the Cleveland office for the Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) and as Administrator for the State of Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC).
